Join if — You want to spend quiet time with clay, explore freely without instruction, and simply enjoy the process of making.

Includes - Clay
Does not include - Teaching/Guidance, Firing/Glazing and shipping charges of the piece made in the workshop

About the event

Clay Circle is an open, informal community session designed for anyone who wants to explore clay freely. The session begins with a short orientation where we explain how the session works and share basic studio guidelines.

After that, you’re free to work on your own, shaping, experimenting or simply spending quiet time with clay. There is no instructor-led guidance during the session. This space is about personal exploration, presence, and making without expectations.

What You’ll do

There is no fixed outcome. You can make whatever feels right — a small object, an abstract form, or simply experiment with clay. Some people finish pieces, others just explore the material. The focus is on the experience, not the result.

Taking Your Piece Home

Clay Circle is about process, not finished pieces.

  • Pieces made during this session are not glazed or fired
  • Finished pieces are not taken home

If you’d like to create a finished, take-home piece, we recommend joining a hand-building workshop instead.

Good to Know

  • This is a self-guided session, not a workshop
  • A short introduction is provided at the beginning
  • No prior pottery or art experience is required
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy
  • Sessions are relaxed and community-focused

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings are non-refundable
  • One-time rescheduling may be allowed if informed at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability
