1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet processed.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipping has begun.

2. Refunds & Returns

• Damaged or defective products (with clear photo/video evidence).

• Wrong items received.

No refunds for:

• Incorrect address input by the customer.

• Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.

• Delays caused by customs, holidays, or local carriers.
